春季高考是缓解夏季一次高考对考生的压力，带给考生更多的接受高等教育机会的高考。有利于延缓社会就业的压力，为全面实施素质教育创造了宽松的环境、有利于提高办学效益，促进高校加快教学和管理等方面的改革。

春季高考与传统的夏季高考不尽相同，其主要特点有两个方面：高校有了更多的自主权。在招生计划上有调节权，生源质量好、学校条件许可，可适当扩大招生名额。

考生有了更多的选择权。除由国家承认学历的各类高等学校和高中阶段各类学校在校学生外，凡符合有关规定者均可在夏季高考之外再选择参加春季高考。

2019浙江高考考试时间是6月7日、6月8日，考试科目有语文、数学、外语。6月7上午9:00-11:30考语文，下午3:00-5:00考数学，6月8日下午3:00-5:00考外语。

浙江高考日期及科目时间：

1．浙江省统一高考招生报考科类分为普通类、艺术类、体育类。普通类考试科目为3门必考科目和3门选考科目。艺术类、体育类考生除文化科目外，还须分别参加艺术类专业考试和体育术科考试。

2．必考科目：语文、数学、外语3门。外语分为英语、日语、俄语、德语、法语、西班牙语，由考生从中选定1个语种参加考试。各语种均含听力考试。

选考科目：考生根据本人兴趣特长和拟报考学校及专业的要求，从思想政治、历史、地理、物理、化学、生物、技术（含通用技术和信息技术）等7门设有加试题的高中学考科目中，选择3门作为高考选考科目。

语文、数学、外语每门满分150分，按得分计入考生总成绩；选考科目按等级赋分，每门满分100分，以高中学考成绩合格为赋分前提，根据事先公布的比例确定等级，每个等级分差为3分，起点赋分40分。考生满分750分。

语文、数学提供一次考试机会，成绩当次有效。外语和选考科目提供两次考试机会，成绩2年有效，考生自主选用其中1次成绩。

听力残疾考生的外语听力成绩按《浙江省教育考试院关于听力残疾考生参加普通高校招生考试免外语听力测试的通知》规定执行。听力残疾考生信息记入考生电子档案。

拟报考有外语面试要求专业的考生，英语面试按《浙江省教育考试院关于做好普通高校招生考试外语面试工作的通知》中关于面试工作的规定执行，其他语种暂不进行面试。
